1. 2 years or more of channel-related experience; preference given to those with overseas liaison experience and understanding of the company's IPs.
2. In-depth research and practical experience in sales strategies, channel development, and terminal retail.
3. Possess relevant channel resources such as KA channels, convenience store channels, and trendy play collection stores.
4. Possess the ability to solve problems independently, cross-departmental collaboration skills, stress resistance, and dare to accept new challenges.
