Primary role: Conduct ground school training for initial, recurrent and differences training for Phenom 100 & 300 in accordance with approved training programs.
Ground training duties include:
Lecture type delivery (PowerPoint)
Avionics/ Systems Integration
Procedures Training
Avionics Differences Training
Systems & Performance Reviews (Practice Oral)
Additional Duties:
Complete Clients training records.
Seat support (for clients requiring a second crew member).
Provide input on opportunities for improvement with courseware.
Review and update written tests and Computer-based exam questions.
Train new instructors as necessary.
Additional duties as required by the Training Manager.
Required as a ground instructor:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good public speaking qualities
Mentor for the clients
Work nights and weekends
Must be familiar with multi engine jets
Ground school experience is preferred
Strong Communication & Presentation skills required.
