On-Site Associate Internal Events Producer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking an Associate Internal Events Producer for our client, located in Los Angeles, CA.

This role plays a pivotal part in creating and executing dynamic internal events that drive company culture, foster global connection, and engage employees. If you're passionate about event production and eager to contribute to a vibrant work environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of internal events, including product engagement activities, hackathons, internal playtests, and esports watch parties.
• Manage event logistics such as food & beverage, registration, transportation, decor, live production, and more.
• Oversee internal tournaments, including registration, matchmaking, bracket building, rules, and communication.
• Maintain key communication channels for program and event updates.
• Manage production and execution timelines, milestones, and tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment on event objectives and desired outcomes.
• Serve as an on-site event coordinator, acting as a vendor liaison, troubleshooter, and logistics manager as needed.

Qualifications:

• A proactive and creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, make informed decisions, and align with company policies and culture.
• Solid experience in event production or program management.
• Highly collaborative, flexible, and willing to take the lead or provide support as necessary.
• Based in the Los Angeles area with the ability to work on-site or travel as needed.
