Job Description

As an Online Marketing Specialist at Razer, you will join a global team to revolutionize the gaming world. Your responsibilities will include brand and content operations, such as optimizing store materials and planning marketing activities. You will create gaming strategies, product reviews, and plan short videos and live broadcasts. You will also manage product operations and live streaming promotions, develop promotion strategies using tools, and collaborate with game hosts and digital bloggers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Tmall marketing team, understand policies, and seek resources. You will analyze data to understand user preferences and work with product managers to optimize strategies. You'll also collaborate with various departments to optimize store visuals, handle user feedback, and improve consumer satisfaction. Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field like E-commerce or Marketing.
  • Two years of experience in Tmall platform operations is required.
  • Proficient in Office and Tmall platform tools and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English for writing emails and reports.

品牌与内容运营

结合行业趋势与品牌定位,优化店铺素材,筹划营销活动;创作游戏攻略、产品评测等图文,筹划短视频及直播剧本,提升用户粘性和引流转化。

产品运营与直播推广

负责游戏周边、数码产品全流程运营,制定推广策略,运用天猫推广工具,联动游戏主播、数码博主直播带货,提升产品销量与曝光。

平台协作与资源整合

与天猫营销、类目小二沟通,掌握政策与活动信息,争取资源;依平台规则调整策略,确保合规经营,推动深度合作。

数据分析与策略优化

分析店铺及竞品数据,洞察用户偏好与竞品动态,与产品经理保持沟通,制定差异化运营策略。

跨部门协作与用户服务

协同产品经理/设计/供应链/客服部门,优化店铺视觉,保障供应,处理用户反馈,提升消费者满意度。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、新闻传播等相关专业优先,对游戏电竞领域有深入了解。

2. 两年以上天猫平台运营经验,有游戏或数码产品运营及爆款打造经验,熟悉店播、达播和内容运营。

3. 熟练使用Office办公及天猫平台工具,熟练数据分析;具备优秀文案撰写能力,能创作优质图文、视频及直播内容;有审美与设计指导能力。

4. 英语沟通熟练,可撰写英文邮件和报告,并对外沟通;具备敏锐行业洞察力、创新能力与良好沟通协作能力,适应快节奏工作
