Requirements
Every role is eventually shaped to match our unique passions, backgrounds and strengths. Here are some of the key skills and experience you should already have when joining Metacore regardless of your role:
- Passionate about your area of expertise, be it game development, storytelling, branding, scaling a business or another field, and 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Teamplayer who’s also able to work independently — previous roles in highly agile teams certainly help here
- Proactive with a hands-on attitude towards work. If you have nothing on your table at one moment, in the next you would be tackling the most important tasks for Metacore right now

- Relocation: Relocating to Finland expected, full support provided
