You will also provide clear and effective communication between different departments and teams within the studio.

Job Description:

Your Mission
As an Operations Manager, you are results oriented, efficiency oriented, and people oriented. You can communicate clearly,  diplomatically and tactfully to get everyone on the same page. You are a high performer in solving problems, achieving results, and leading your team. You can collaborate with operations managers and team members in studios around the world, lead external partnerships, support internal customers, and help develop our studio culture.

We are an Operations team that enables the best development studio in the world to make the best games for our fans, and we do this by providing excellent support and optimizing studio effectiveness. Key tasks include:

  • Managing a small team through clear direction, resource allocation assessment, performance coaching and management, training, and partnering with other departments on shared initiatives
  • Oversee daily office operations, including purchasing, managing, and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain and organize studio projects, processes, documents and reports related to Operations.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods and services.
  • Plan and organize studio events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor team budgets to track expenditure and compliance and drive financial efficiency.
  • Drive license and asset inventory tracking.
  • Provide clear and effective communication between different departments and teams within the studio.
  • Studio event planning
