Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for an Operational Compliance Manager to keep Casumo ahead of the curve when it comes to compliance across all business functions. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing a team of Compliance Officers, overseeing escalations, and ensuring our marketing, affiliate, and operational compliance standards are rock-solid.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for handling compliance-related escalations—from marketing approvals to customer disputes and regulatory checks. • Handle escalations related to operational compliance issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.

  • Manage escalations from various operational teams (e.g., Ambassadors, Risk, Fraud & Payments) to ensure compliance across business functions.

  • Handle escalations arising from compliance assurance procedures, including affiliation, website testing, marketing, and procedural checks.

  • Ensure marketing compliance by reviewing and approving advertising materials and providing clear guidelines for adherence.

  • Monitor affiliate compliance, ensuring partners follow regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for third-party vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Handle Level 3 escalations on customer complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance in resolutions.

  • Oversee Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, ensuring fairness and regulatory adherence in dispute resolutions.

  • Manage compliance aspects of game release and certification processes, ensuring all necessary regulatory approvals are in place.

  • Review and conduct compliance analysis of new features and initiatives provided by the business, assessing potential regulatory risks.

  • Work closely with operational business teams to maintain and enhance a strong compliance framework.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or operational risk management.

  • Experience in managing compliance teams, workflows, and escalations.

  • Strong background in marketing and affiliate compliance, particularly within regulated industries.

  • Experience handling customer disputes, regulatory complaints, and ADR processes.

  • Familiarity with game certification and regulatory approval processes is an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and mentor compliance officers.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in handling complex escalations.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing regulations, affiliate compliance, and customer dispute resolution processes.

  • Strong understanding of third-party vendor compliance and due diligence procedures.

  • Highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
