The Operations Analyst will support liquidity events for funds in the private equity ecosystem and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include operational support for fund secondary transactions, client service, communication with stakeholders, and collaboration with internal teams. The role also involves coordinating production support, troubleshooting issues, and proactively addressing customer service issues. The analyst will analyze processes for improvement and work in a fast-paced fintech environment. The analyst will be responsible for driving client satisfaction with service delivery. This role is primarily responsible for the setup and support of liquidity events for funds within the private equity ecosystem, along with the day-to-day management of client relationships.
Must have:
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proactive communication skills for client needs
  • Organizational and coordinating skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze workflows for improvements

Job Details

Nasdaq Private Fund Solution is looking for an engaging Operations Analyst to join our growing Private Funds and Client Success Management team. This role will be primarily responsible for the setup and support of liquidity events for funds within the private equity ecosystem, along with the day-to-day management of client relationships.

Nasdaq Fund Secondaries is the world-class provider of secondary liquidity solutions for private securities. The fund liquidity group provides innovative end-to-end solutions to enable seamless transactions for private funds and other private assets. Nasdaq operates in a fast-paced fin-tech environment that is consistently evolving, and the team is setup to deliver on this growth. What will you be doing?

  • Provide operational support for fund secondary transactions, including event setup, transaction support and wire settlement; identify areas of improvement within process in an organized and productive manner
  • Responsible for providing outstanding client service for Nasdaq Private Fund Solutions clients; taking primary responsibility for driving client satisfaction with service delivery
  • Ensure smooth delivery during liquidity events by maintaining an open line of communication with clients, service providers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Technology, Legal, Sales, Product, etc.
  • Coordinate with the product team and organizational entities to identify and supervise issues, risks, impacts and dependencies
  • Coordinate production support activities and participate in troubleshooting implementation issues
  • Nurture client insights to help improve the product offering; proactively communicate reoccurring customer service issues
  • Track and resolve inquiries in a timely manner, including follow-up to ensure final resolution is as expected

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of experience in a client facing position, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients and be proactive in identifying and responding to their needs
  • Organizational and coordinating skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to analyze processes and workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and collaborate with team members on updating and improving them
  • Experience within the fields of finance, financial technology or private equity
  • Flexibility to travel

This is a full-time permanent position on-site in Vilnius and will also require occasional travel for meetings and training. We advocate flexible ways of working and have a hybrid remote/in-office setting with a minimum 2 days per week in the office.

As this role is expected to closely collaborate with colleagues in the US, the working days will be starting at around 10 AM Lithuanian time to accommodate such partnership.

Monthly salary: from 2200 EUR to 2500 EUR gross. The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
