Job Description

We are seeking a talented Operations and Service Executive to join our Marsh team in Tijuana. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of complex documents, maintaining understanding of insurance legislation, advising employees on policies, delivering reports, and clarifying claims and policy movements. The role also involves policy analysis and review.

Must Have:
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).
  • Maintain a basic understanding of relevant core insurance aspects and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
  • Advise and support employees regarding the use of their policies.
  • Discussions about the GMM policy.
  • Report delivery.
  • Experience in clarifying claims (reimbursements, schedules, direct payment) and movements (registrations, cancellations, corrections, cancellations, renewals).
  • Policy analysis and review.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marsh team. This position will be working in Tijuana and is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you for:

  • Ensuring the timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).
  • Maintaining a basic understanding of relevant core insurance aspects and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthening established relationships.
  • Advising and supporting employees regarding the use of their policies.
  • Discussions about the GMM policy.
  • Report delivery.
  • Experience in clarifying claims (reimbursements, schedules, direct payment) and movements (registrations, cancellations, corrections, cancellations, renewals).
  • Policy analysis and review.

What you need to have:

  • Preferably a degree in Economic-Administrative or an incomplete degree.
  • 1 year of customer service experience with personal contact.
  • Excel: intermediate-advanced, data reconciliation (pivot tables).
  • Ability to travel (presence at the client's office).
  • Experience and ease of speaking in person (managing large groups).
  • Preferably with knowledge in: collectivity, risk, endorsement, distinguishing types of coverage, co-insurance, etc.
