Job Description

The Operations Associate will manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and updating systems with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information. This role involves streamlining workflows, meeting daily objectives, and maintaining printing and scanning equipment. The associate will also support various operational projects. The position requires a proven track record of reliable attendance, flexibility with schedules including weekends and holidays, and experience in fast-paced environments with familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently. Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs is also necessary.

  • Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success.
