Job Description

As an Operations Associate in Voodoo's Core Studios Central Team, you'll support over 200 studios worldwide, including 10-15 internal studios. Responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics, improving operational processes, collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal, and ensuring studios have the resources for success. You'll conduct data-driven analyses, facilitate knowledge sharing, and create efficient processes. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, or tech scale-up is a plus).

Team

You will join the Core Studios Central Team, part of Voodoo’s Core Gaming Business Unit, which is responsible for creating new hit games. The team works with over 200 studios worldwide, including 10–15 internal studios (~80 people) that are fully part of Voodoo. These studios operate under the guidance of the publishing team, and your work will help ensure their smooth operations and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the directors of Voodoo’s internal studios to help them operate at their best. Your responsibilities will include tracking performance metrics, improving operational processes, and coordinating with departments such as HR, Finance, and Legal to provide seamless support.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring these studios have the structure, resources, and insights they need to create successful games.

We’re looking for someone with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills who is motivated to support teams in a fast-paced environment.

Missions

    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement
    • Track key performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations
    • Conduct data-driven analyses to provide insights and recommendations on studio performance, team dynamics, and operational processes
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing across studios by helping document best practices, promoting cross-team learning, and organizing collaborative initiatives
    • Create and refine processes to improve efficiency across studios
    • Work closely with departments like HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to support studio needs
    • Assist the team manager in preparing and delivering strategic updates for internal studios

Profile

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Clear and effective communication skills
    • Background from a tier-1 business school or equivalent
    • Fluent or native-level English
    • Interest in the gaming industry 
    • Previous experience in a demanding work environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, or a tech scale-up) is a plus
