Job Description

Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.

  • Provides varying levels of information and counsel/advisory in areas of controls/risk management, pricing, cost, marketing strategies, return on investment decisions, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
  • Translates business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and supports execution in a controlled risk and reward based manner.
  • Partners with the business teams to develop operating and financial plans required to achieve management's strategic plan.
  • Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
  • Executes financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery.
  • Performs cost / benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various 'what if' scenarios and the overall impact to different business teams.
  • Leads in-depth analysis that informs performance management discussions, integrates operational outcomes and financial performance to drive improvement in performance.
  • Creates automated reports using business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, providing decision support through analysis.

This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance accounting experience, including supervisory roles
  • Proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, financial reporting OpEx and CapEx budgeting and planning in MFG company
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
