1. 组建和管理国服运营团队,负责产品国服版本的发行运营工作,配合产品全球发行策略,制定落实项目国服上线运营策略;
2. 对国服版本商业化负责,完成收入目标拆解与资源管线规划,协同市场团队打造营销事件;
3. 负责产品国服的本地化,包括但不限于版本内容规划及投放把控、游戏内外活动策划等。
4. 负责国服的数据和用研工作,基于数据分析提出建议,并对指标波动做出预判并制定应对方案。
1. 5年及以上PC产品完整的发行运营工作经验,射击品类优先;
2. 热爱游戏,对海内外主流PC射击游戏市场和用户有足够的了解;
3. 具备良好的沟通合作能力,有海外合研经验优先;
4. 英语商务沟通能力优先,能够与海外研发商就游戏研发进行沟通。
