Job Description

Play Perfect, a fast-growing mobile gaming company based in Tel Aviv, seeks a rockstar Operations Monetization Specialist. This role involves managing monetization and product activities within the game's Back End system. Responsibilities include setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating segments and pricing configurations, implementing segmentation, and ensuring smooth operation of promotions, events, and live tests. The specialist will set up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, manage assets and pricing configurations, enable/disable game features and events through the Back Office system, collaborate with monetization, economy, and product teams, work with the QA team to verify campaign configurations in the live version, and conduct daily monitoring of tests.

Must have:

Strong technical background
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Excellent management skills to prioritize work effectively
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Advanced computer skills, handling multiple applications and platforms
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Proactive and creative mindset, driven to enhance and continuously learn
Flexibility to work off-hours when required

As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Operations Monetization Specialist to join our great team.

Responsibilities:.

Manage monetization and product activities within the game's Back End system including: Setting up promotions, Controlling game features,Creating segments and pricing configurations, Implementing segmentation, etc..
Ensure smooth operation of promotions, events, and live tests.
Set up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations.
Enable/disable game features and events through the Back Office system.
Collaborate with monetization, economy, and product teams.
Work with the QA team to verify campaign configurations in the live version.
Daily monitoring of tests.

Requirements
