This role reports onsite in our London office full time. 

The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment is looking for a positive and motivated personality who enjoys being part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, fantastic attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and work to often tight deadlines.

We would ideally like to see someone who has previous and experience working in a fast-paced media environment, managing various tasks. As well as having experience QCing.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and quality control (QC) of dubbed content for multiple videos in both live action and animated formats, across 26+ languages worldwide. Reporting to the QC Manager, this role involves the timely processing of all dubbed and subtitled content from multiple dubbing vendors, checking content to ensure it meets expected standards, and guaranteeing the seamless flow of assets between all parties.

You will also work closely and collaboratively with the Postproduction team to ensure content is fit for purpose before it reaches the Localisation team, analysing source files to identify potential challenges with a focus on establishing solutions and preventative measures.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

●     Responsible for the QC of incoming dubbed content

●     Managing the data entry of projects within internal tracking systems

●     Liaising with multiple vendors and key Moonbug stakeholders.

●     Assisting with any general data entry, and ad hoc projects

●     Demonstrable QC experience within a media organisation

●     Previous experience of Vidchecker and Vantage software

●     A fluent second language would be ideal, but is not neccessary

●     Self-starter and enthusiastic

●     Attention to detail and being a completer-finisher

●     Strong written and verbal communication

●     Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

●     Competent user of excel and google apps (drive, sheets, etc)
