Job Summary

Job Description

The leader of the internal quality team, supported by quality managers, engineers, and QA operators. Responsible for ensuring process compliance, including equipment buyoff and operator standard work. Drives operations to review control plans and FMEA for continuous improvement. Owns and drives the non-conformance review process, ensuring all non-conforming materials are properly contained, reviewed, and dispositioned with corrective actions documented and executed. Analyzes non-conformance trends to identify improvement opportunities and strengthens quality performance through process control. Drives operations quality control with inline monitoring and QA inspections at critical areas, identifying detection gaps and driving firewall deployment. Establishes quarterly internal audit strategies to ensure closure of audit findings. Works closely with Site Quality Manager and MQE to comply with quality systems, factory escape, CQC improvement, and all relevant quality improvement activities involving the operations team.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields
  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Quality-driven leadership mindset
  • Familiarity with Assembly & Test process control
  • Hands-on, strong ownership, and team player

Job Details

Job responsibility:

  • The leader of internal quality team , supported by quality manager, engineers, and QA operators.

  • In charge of ensuring process compliance including equipment buyoff and operator standard work according to the control plan.

  • Drive operations to review control plan & FMEA to reflect Continuous improvement.

  • Be the owner & driver of NCRB (non-conformance) review process, ensuring all non-conformance material are properly contained, review, and dispositioned with corrective actions well documented and executed.

  • Analyze NCRB trend and identify major improvement opportunities to strengthen quality performance via process control.

  • Drive Operations Quality control with inline monitoring, including QA inspection at all critical areas following control plan. Identify gap in detection and drive firewall deployment with process and equipment team.

  • Establishing quarterly internal audit strategy with ownership to drive closure on both internal & customer/GMA/LRQA audit findings.

  • Working closely with the Site Quality manager & MQE to comply Quality system, Factory Escape & CQC improvement, and all relevant quality improvement activities which require direct engagement with the operations team.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Semiconductor industry is mandatory

  • Strong leadership skills with good communication

  • Quality driven leadership mindset

  • Familiarity with Assembly & Test process control

  • Hands-on, strong ownership, and able to collaborate as team player
