Oracle Development Team Lead (Contract, Remote)
Location: U.S. (must reside in the U.S.) | Pay: $80 - $90/hr | Duration: 7+ months

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Development Team Lead to manage the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions. In this role, you will lead a talented technical team, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide expert guidance to the team.
• Oversee customizations, integrations, and extensions to the Oracle Incentive Compensation system.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development and implementation phases.
• Mentor and lead the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in Oracle technologies and incentive compensation systems.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Development Lead with expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation and Oracle Sales Performance Management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Proficiency in development tools, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance tuning.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive problem-solving approach.
