Oracle Development Team Lead (Contract, Remote)
Location: U.S. (must reside in the U.S.) | Pay: $80 - $90/hr | Duration: 7+ months

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide expert guidance to the team.
- Oversee customizations, integrations, and extensions to the Oracle Incentive Compensation system.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development and implementation phases.
- Mentor and lead the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Oracle technologies and incentive compensation systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Development Lead with expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation and Oracle Sales Performance Management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in development tools, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance tuning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive problem-solving approach.
