Job Description
This full-time position in Shenzhen requires a skilled Original Painter with 1-3 years of experience in game art promotion. Responsibilities include designing and drawing promotional artwork for game projects, creating various promotional materials such as icons, background images, high-definition illustrations, and character portraits. The ideal candidate will possess strong artistic skills, excellent imagination, and creative design abilities, with a deep understanding of perspective, color schemes, modeling, and creative concepts. Proficiency in AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, NovelAI, ChatGPT, and Midjourney is required. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of various game art styles and a passion for the gaming industry.
Must have:
- 1-3 years game art experience
- Strong artistic skills & creativity
- Proficiency in AI tools (Stable Diffusion etc.)
- Understanding of perspective, color, and composition

职位描述
1、根据宣传需求设计绘制各游戏项目的主角宣传画、大主题版本宣传画；
2、结合游戏特色进行相关的宣传绘制，包括但不限于ICON、各类宣传背景图、高精细度插画、立绘等；
3、负责公司KV、场景、插画、立绘、海报等；
职位要求
1、本科以上学历，美术设计或相关专业，1-3年游戏美宣设计经验，需要手绘能力；
2、扎实的美术功底，出色的想象力和创意设计能力，对设计有一定的前瞻性；
3、有优秀审美和构图设计能力，对透视、配色、造型、创意有深刻理解，能精准把控光影及色调；
4、掌握AI相关工具，包括不限于Stable Diffusion,NovelA1、ChatGPT、Midioumey等；
5、原画能力全面，擅长各类不同风格的游戏原画设计；
6、热爱游戏，关注游戏圈设计宣传方向，跟进最前线的游戏商业审美；
7、良好的沟通和团队合作精神，责任感强，勇于接受挑战；
