Outsource Manager (Game Art)

We partner with 1400+ programmers, artists, and designers, from freelancers to small studios, all over the world, and not only match them to project opportunities but manage the production from A-Z.We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Outsource Manager with a deep understanding of the game development industry, specifically in the art domain (2D, 3D, animation, and technical art). While not an artist, you should possess strong knowledge of diverse art styles—stylized, realistic, and cartoony—and excel at fostering relationships with external artists and internal teams!
The vacancy is 100% remote!

Key Responsibilities:

• Artist Relations: Act as the primary liaison for external artists, presenting new opportunities and aligning them with project objectives.
• Partnership Building: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with artists to drive consistent collaboration.
• Coordination & Scheduling: Plan and conduct calls to discuss project needs and ensure alignment between artists and the internal team.
• CRM Oversight: Maintain and update artist interactions in the CRM, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to translate project requirements into actionable guidance for artists.

Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in game development, particularly in managing art assets across 2D, 3D, and animation pipelines.
• Art Knowledge: Strong grasp of various art styles and techniques; ability to evaluate their suitability for projects.
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for artists.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
• Relationship Building: Skilled at creating rapport and maintaining professional relationships with external partners and team members.
• Recruitment Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment skills, with the ability to identify, attract, and hire talented artists across various disciplines.
