Job Description
Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with 10-15 years of data management expertise, preferably within the BFS domain. The role requires in-depth understanding and hands-on experience implementing Enterprise Data Management functions such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Catalogue, Data Privacy, Data Security, Reference and Master Data Management, and Data Sharing and Access. Candidates should possess expertise in assessment and discovery phases for data governance and data strategy projects, along with experience in establishing processes and policies. Familiarity with any data governance platform and a willingness to upskill on new tools are essential. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing thought leadership on best industry practices for governed systems, developing change management processes, and enabling user groups. Strong ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders to align data governance design and implementation with their needs is crucial. The candidate will propose end-to-end data governance solutions, build and lead teams for implementing Enterprise Data Management principles, and be aware of AWS native architecture.
Must have:
- 10-15 years of data management experience, preferably in BFS domain
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Data Management functions
- Experience in data governance assessment and discovery
- Knowledge of any data governance platform
- Ability to provide thought leadership and best practices
- Experience in developing change management processes
- Ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to propose end-to-end data governance solutions
- Awareness of AWS native architecture

Job Details
- 10-15 years of data management experience SME preferably in BFS domain
- In-depth understanding and hands on experience of implementing Enterprise Data Management function areas eg Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Catalogue, Data Privacy, Data Security, Reference and Master Data Management, Data Sharing and Access etc
- In depth understanding and experience in handling assessment and discovery phases in similar projects related to data governance and data strategy building framework and setting up processes and policies
- Good knowledge in any one data governance platform.
- Willing to get upskilled for self and team on new data governance tool
- Should be able to understand the customers need and be able to bring thought leadership best industry practices in how the customer can start moving towards a more governed system of operation
- Knowledge of developing a change management process and work towards enablement of the various user groups within the organization
- Ability to interact with the various stakeholders, both business and IT and ensure that the data governance design and implementation processes are aligned to their needs
- Ability to propose the end-to-end data governance solution components towards addressing the customer needs
- Build and lead team for implementation of Enterprise Data Management principles processes and policies across the bank
- Aware about AWS native architecture
