Job Description
The role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 10-15 years of data management experience, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFS) domain. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in implementing Enterprise Data Management functions such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, Data Privacy, Data Security, Reference and Master Data Management, and Data Sharing and Access. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing thought leadership on best industry practices for governed systems, developing change management processes, enabling user groups, and interacting with business and IT stakeholders to align data governance design and implementation with their requirements. The candidate will also propose end-to-end data governance solutions, build and lead teams for implementing Enterprise Data Management principles, and be aware of AWS native architecture.

- Ability to propose the end-to-end data governance solution components towards addressing the customer needs
- Build and lead team for implementation of Enterprise Data Management principles processes and policies across the bank
- Aware about AWS native architecture
