Works under the leadership of the APAC Talent Lead to identify P&C priorities for the Asia region.
Provides P&C support across initiatives by partnering with Asia leaders to examine the people impact of exploring new business opportunities or creating existing efficiencies/growth plans of the region.
Supports the regional leadership on the ground by providing P&C oversight and partnership for both operational and strategic talent agenda items.
·Drive performance management best practices to ensure that talent is enabled to be successful in their roles.
·Partner and seek support from the talent and reward COEs to problem solve people's problems in the region that require support from the COE.
Help leaders identify opportunities for changes within their groups. Support them through the change by providing sound business recommendations considering talent and business requirements.
·Bring awareness of competitive environments and market and labor trends in the Asia region.
Support the Remuneration and Benefits team with the implementation of the annual remuneration review process; help ensure global mobility is conducted in a fair and standardized manner.
Lead the action planning process and implementation of successful strategies to address any issues identified by Aristocrat’s global employee survey and our DEI Strategy.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in human resources generalist/ business partner or similar role in Asia.
Good knowledge of generalist human resources best practices and/or expert knowledge in one or more human resources functional areas.
Good business acumen: knowledge of business strategy, and key financial and business drivers.
Able to link people initiatives to business needs.
Good understanding of commercial acumen to deliver thought leadership to local and global businesses.
Ability to develop and implement HR programs and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills, including managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.
Relationship management and influencing skills.
