About the Role
We’re hiring a Paid Media Associate to support and grow our paid search and paid social programs. This role is for someone with 2–4 years of experience managing campaigns and a desire to deepen their strategic and technical skills.
You’ll lead execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, and LinkedIn, while exploring how paid media connects with SEO and broader marketing goals. You’ll also work across systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and Optmyzr to help streamline workflows and track success.
What You’ll Do
Launch, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to improve performance
Own keyword research and negative keyword lists
Write and test ad copy across platforms
Report on campaign impact, pacing, and conversion trends
Work across Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, and Optmyzr for execution and reporting
Collaborate with SEO and web teams to align on funnel strategy
Stay current on platform updates and paid media trends
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in paid search and/or paid social
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Hands-on experience with keyword strategy and audience segmentation
Familiarity with reporting and lead flow tools: Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot
Comfort with optimization tools like Optmyzr or similar
Clear communicator who can translate performance into next steps
Interest in learning SEO basics and collaborating cross-channel
Nice to Have
Agency experience or experience managing multiple accounts
Landing page testing and conversion rate optimization exposure
B2B or SaaS industry background
This position will be located in Atlanta, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
