A friendly, employee-focused Digital Marketing Agency with offices throughout the country is on the hunt for a Paid Media Manager to join their team, working to oversee paid media activity for clients and develop first-class campaigns.
The perfect candidate will be self-motivated, passionate about personal development, and will have some management experience, as this role involves managing a small team.
Location: Warwickshire (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000
- At least three years of experience in a Paid Media/Performance Marketing role
- Experience across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Paid Display
- Happy to manage a small team, leading from the front and inspiring the team to do their best on a daily basis
- A confident communicator, happy to be the point of contact with a number of important clients
- Capable of managing budgets in line with the Paid Media strategy, to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and target spend
- Data-focused, happy to report on the effectiveness of your campaigns
- Happy to report to the Head of Paid Media and Search, whilst collaborating with them on new business pitches
- Comfortable with both national and international travel when required to meet new and existing clients
- B2B and B2C experience
