Paid Social Manager

We’re looking to hire a Paid Social Manager for a leading consumer financial technology company. This company fosters a high-performance culture with a mission-driven approach and collaborative team environment.

You’ll join the Performance Marketing team to lead acquisition efforts across paid social channels. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The role is located in San Francisco/Bay Area (preferred) and is hybrid (occasional in-office attendance based on team schedule).

Paid Social Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital acquisition and retargeting strategies for financial products across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid social channels.

• Collaborate with agency partners to optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Design and execute audience testing strategies for improved targeting and ROI.

• Partner with influencer teams and vendors to create engaging, authentic content.

• Lead creative asset ideation, testing roadmaps, and optimization efforts.

• Analyze campaign performance and forecast long-term marketing impact.

• Build reports and communicate performance updates to internal stakeholders.

• Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, compliance, finance, and more.

Paid Social Manager Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with performance marketing on Meta and similar platforms.

• Deep knowledge of Meta ad platform mechanics (tracking, auction, DR campaign best practices).

• Experience with mobile app acquisition and tools like Branch (a plus).

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Tableau/Amplitude experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to handle large datasets.

• Strong project management skills and ownership in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to navigate regulatory challenges while delivering innovative campaigns.

• Clear communicator who can present learnings and recommendations effectively.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
