We’re looking to hire a Paid Social Manager for a leading consumer financial technology company. You’ll join the Performance Marketing team to lead acquisition efforts across paid social channels. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The role is located in San Francisco/Bay Area (preferred) and is hybrid (occasional in-office attendance based on team schedule).
Develop and implement digital acquisition and retargeting strategies for financial products across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid social channels.
Collaborate with agency partners to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Design and execute audience testing strategies for improved targeting and ROI.
Partner with influencer teams and vendors to create engaging, authentic content.
Lead creative asset ideation, testing roadmaps, and optimization efforts.
Analyze campaign performance and forecast long-term marketing impact.
Build reports and communicate performance updates to internal stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, compliance, finance, and more.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with performance marketing on Meta and similar platforms.
Deep knowledge of Meta ad platform mechanics (tracking, auction, DR campaign best practices).
Experience with mobile app acquisition and tools like Branch (a plus).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Tableau/Amplitude experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
Strong project management skills and ownership in fast-paced environments.
Ability to navigate regulatory challenges while delivering innovative campaigns.
Clear communicator who can present learnings and recommendations effectively.
