Join our client's dynamic team as a Paid Social Media Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the paid social media landscape for lines of business. Reporting to the Manager of Paid Social Strategy and Activation, you'll be at the forefront of executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
This is a full-time 12-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Orlando, FL.
Paid Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Spearhead the implementation, management, and optimization of paid social advertising campaigns.
Ensure accurate campaign setup and tracking within Adobe SiteCatalyst and various social buying platforms.
Collaborate with the organic social team to amplify key content through paid promotions.
Analyze accounts to uncover insights, trends, and testing opportunities.
Oversee daily campaign optimization to meet traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.
Manage budget tracking to ensure spending aligns with predefined levels.
Utilize SmartSheet for workflow management and prioritize tasks effectively.
Develop strategic proposals for new campaigns based on strategic objectives.
Optimize bid rules and efforts at multiple levels to enhance performance.
Provide insights and commentary on regular reporting to explain performance variations.
Lead the execution and reporting of ad, landing page, and vendor beta tests.
Collaborate with team members and social platforms to refine policies and processes.
Stay informed on industry trends and propose innovative campaign tactics.
Paid Social Media Manager Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads interfaces.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, or TikTok is advantageous.
Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 360.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable engaging with team members at all levels, including senior management.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
