Job Description

As a PAM Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation and support of PAM security solutions. This role involves configuring and maintaining PAM solutions across various IT systems, including Linux, Unix, Windows, and network devices. You will be responsible for providing support during deployment and ensuring operational stability. Your responsibilities also include troubleshooting service interruptions, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining system upgrades. In addition, you will collaborate with vendor support to resolve product issues. To succeed in this role, you need a minimum of 3 years of experience with PAM technologies and a strong understanding of PAM solution configuration, deployment, and administration. Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP directory services, and integration with on-premises and cloud environments is essential. You should also possess expertise in Linux/Unix and Windows system administration, database technologies like Oracle and SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, REST, and Auto IT.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with PAM Technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience implementing at least one of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Centrify, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, HashiCorp, Delinea
  • Strong knowledge of configuring, deploying and administering PAM solution
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directory services
  • Experience with integrating PAM with on-prem, cloud, network devices
  • Knowledge on platform security, administration, and management, such as Linux/UNIX / Windows system administration
  • Knowledge of database technologies – Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL
  • Knowledge in scripting and coding technologies (PowerShell, REST, Auto IT)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

    • Contribute to PAM Security implementation and support that includes JIT provisioning, and access policies, API key management, and reporting etc. 
    • Configure, and maintain PAM solutions for Linux, Unix, Windows, Network, and other IT systems
    • Provide support for PAM solution deployment and aligned systems and processes
    • Drives root cause analysis, debugging, support, and root cause analysis for service interruptions 
    • Maintain, upgrade, and support existing systems and infrastructure to ensure operational stability; Opens and manages vendor problem tickets to product management for resolution
If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
> Personnel Security Policy
> Privacy Policy
