Location: Malta - Hybrid

We are looking for a Paralegal & Corporate Administrator to join our dynamic Legal team at our Malta office. This is a key role which supports a wide range of legal and corporate matters. 

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking know your client and onboarding processes 
  • Supporting the legal team with corporate matters as required including filings with the Registrar of Companies (MBR) and maintaining corporate documentation including drafting of resolutions and minutes
  • Supporting the legal team in administrative matters and being responsible for corporate governance
  • Support with the oversight of ComeOn Group’s contract management system including organising, reviewing and entering contracts into the contract management system and ensuring all deadlines are consistently met through communication with business teams and our legal department
  • Assisting with data protection administrative processes
  • Assisting other teams within the Company in relation to various projects as required from time to time 

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant corporate/paralegal experience 
  • Ability to accurately read, draft and understand basic legal terms is critical
  • Experience with the Malta Business Registry and corporate administration matters
  • Very detail oriented, well organised, works efficiently and takes ownership of work
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask, prioritise and follow through on numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Knowledge of GDPR / privacy laws and tools would be considered an asset
