  • Work alongside your General manager to attain the P&L and budget goals set for the management team, working to achieve goals agreed with our Finance, Operations and other functions, including initiatives to increase revenue, profit and guest satisfaction
  • Provide support to your General Manager, ensuring a high performing relationship between the Guardians, 2nd Line and HQ functions.
  • Deputise for other site management teams as and when required
  • Support the General manager to ensure that all aspects of venue's operations are undertaken effectively, including:

    - Maintaining venue labour schedules to ensure that staff are deployed appropriately on shifts in line with forecasted sales, and that employees are working the correct number of hours as per their employment contracts

    - Developing our commercial offering, including our food and drink offer, working with colleagues in the wider business

-Keeping up to date with licensing and Health and Safety legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
