About Art Beat: Art Beat is a 5-star rated Art School inBangalore. Our unique curriculum uses technology & art to teach kids. We are currently hiring highly skilled art teachers/Experts for the below mediums

Acrylics

Watercolors

Sketching - Graphite & Charcoal

Oil painting

Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work part-time for a minimum of 6 months. Please do not apply if you are not available to work at our centre or if you are not available to work for 6 months.

Our primary approach is to offer safe and structured activities in age-appropriate environments where children are encouraged to learn, play, explore and discover. Our aim is to help each child realize his or her hidden potential that appears enveloped even after attending school

We are looking for passionate artists who are experts in their own domain (mediums) teachers who can help us build a strong community of budding artists.

You can apply even if you are a fresher provided you are skilled in different forms of art.

Roles & responsibilities

Teach art courses offered by Art Beat to teens and adults.

Work with Art Beat to provide a 5-star learning experience for students & participants.

Share periodic feedback to students about their artwork.

Teach allocated students by planning their teaching to achieve progress as per the curriculum.

Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge.

Ensuring effective teaching and the best use of available time.

Working on engaging students.

Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 6 months

Needs to have a background in Art/Fine Arts. Highly skilled self-taught artists are also welcome.

Looking for part-time experts in fine arts domain

Excellent communication skills

You should have a laptop, smartphone and a strong internet connection.

Between 12k to 18k or even more depending on the number of days.

Please do not apply if you are a beginner/novice without any experience. Teaching is a highly respected profession and this role requires you to be an expert in certain mediums.
