Being a Partner Ecosystem Operations Analyst at iManage Means…

You will join our evolving team as we transition our traditional channel partnership program into a more comprehensive ecosystem.  You will work closely with our Partner Development Managers to onboard and align our partner activities with our company goals.  You will be a key communicator across our internal teams to support our goals for our partner community and to enable our partners to be set up for success. You will learn with us in this new model that will bring together a diverse range of partners to collaboratively engage with, sell to, deliver integrated solutions and retain our iManage customers and further enhance the value that we provide to our customers.

Your success will be measured by our partner engagement metrics (NPS/Partner Satisfaction Surveys) and the overall operational efficiency of our processes.

Here is what one of our leaders, EVP Channel & Alliances, Dan Dosen, has to say about the role: “This is a great opportunity to build something as you will come in and shape what this program is going to look like. This is also a great chance to get wide exposure to different areas of the business as you will be working cross-functionally with revenue operations, marketing, and the channel teams. Our partner ecosystem is indirectly tied to our revenue, which will allow you to have a trickle-down impact on iManage’s revenue.”

iM Responsible For…
  • Communication and Collaboration Orchestration - Working closely with internal teams to align partner activities with company goals, address partner needs, and resolve issues. Also, facilitating communication with partners and collaboration between Partner Development Managers, sales and marketing.
  • Performance Measurement - Defining and tracking metrics and KPIs to measure the ecosystem’s success, performance, and satisfaction, ensuring accountability and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Program Management - Developing and maintaining all programs designed to recruit, onboard and offboard partners in the iManage ecosystem, ensuring they are competitive, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence - Driving operational efficiency by leading and continually refining the end-to-end operational processes, technology, and tools supporting the partner ecosystem.
  • Conflict Resolution - Mediating disputes and finding mutually beneficial solutions to maintain harmony and collaboration within the partner ecosystem.

iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field OR at least four years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
  • Experience in partner management, operations, or support roles; experience leading a partner ecosystem operations organization is preferred.
  • Knowledge of proper CRM/PRM tools such as Salesforce CRM
  • Proven experience driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions, as well as diverse partner types and partnership models

Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Previous experience working within a channel partner organization is a plus (e.g., reseller, service-only provider, distributor).
  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of partner types/business models and stakeholders at varied levels

Don't meet every qualification listed above? Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet all qualifications. At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and encourage everyone to show up as their full authentic selves. We welcome those that come with a growth mindset and a hunger for learning; so, if you are excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification we encourage you to apply anyways!
