The Employer Branding (EB) team Help potential candidates understand who we are as an employer - either ByteDance or any of its brands; Partner with our internal stakeholders to move candidates through the talent funnel, from awareness to interest, and application through hire; And, to maintain a pulse on candidate satisfaction and champion employee experiences. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Employer Brand Associate to manage reporting for our owned channels, lead the evolution of our career sites, and support the candidate experience by solving for root cause issues internally. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for Employer Branding with your analytical mindset to help us create impactful, data-informed candidate journeys. This will include leading initiatives from concept to completion with cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities 1. Proactively monitor external channels for negative trends, high-impact reviews or viral discussions; 2. Establish processes to flag critical conversations, escalating as necessary; 3. Manage regular reporting for external channels including, company ratings, reviews and trends on external recruitment platforms; 4. Identify recurring concerns or opportunities for improvement in employee and candidate feedback; 5. Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our career sites, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and employer brand initiatives; 6. Drive ongoing optimization of site functionality, design and accessibility based on data insights.

Minimum Qualifications 1. 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field; 2. Strategic thinker with a track record in project management and the ability to translate business goals to strategy and execution; 3. Willing to be hands-on with operational work; 4. Natural collaborator and strong communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues across our global team. Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree and above; 2. Mandarin language skill is not required but are preferred to support effective collaboration with global teams.
