Job Description

ByteDance seeks a Partner, Employer Brand Reputation Management to manage its employer brand. Responsibilities include proactively monitoring external channels for negative trends, establishing processes to flag critical conversations, managing reporting for external channels, identifying recurring concerns in employee and candidate feedback, developing and owning the strategic roadmap for career sites, and driving optimization of site functionality. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field, be a strategic thinker with project management skills, be a strong communicator, and be comfortable with operational work. This role involves collaborating across the global team to improve the candidate experience and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.

The Employer Branding (EB) team Help potential candidates understand who we are as an employer - either ByteDance or any of its brands; Partner with our internal stakeholders to move candidates through the talent funnel, from awareness to interest, and application through hire; And, to maintain a pulse on candidate satisfaction and champion employee experiences. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Employer Brand Associate to manage reporting for our owned channels, lead the evolution of our career sites, and support the candidate experience by solving for root cause issues internally. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for Employer Branding with your analytical mindset to help us create impactful, data-informed candidate journeys. This will include leading initiatives from concept to completion with cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities 1. Proactively monitor external channels for negative trends, high-impact reviews or viral discussions; 2. Establish processes to flag critical conversations, escalating as necessary; 3. Manage regular reporting for external channels including, company ratings, reviews and trends on external recruitment platforms; 4. Identify recurring concerns or opportunities for improvement in employee and candidate feedback; 5. Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our career sites, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and employer brand initiatives; 6. Drive ongoing optimization of site functionality, design and accessibility based on data insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field; 2. Strategic thinker with a track record in project management and the ability to translate business goals to strategy and execution; 3. Willing to be hands-on with operational work; 4. Natural collaborator and strong communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues across our global team. Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree and above; 2. Mandarin language skill is not required but are preferred to support effective collaboration with global teams. Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $140444 - $284000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
