DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Leverages strong marketing and industry knowledge to support the Strategic Initiatives (SI) partner marketing team.
Ideates, advocates for, and supports the execution of licensed partner marketing opportunities that deliver meaningful consumer engagement and sell-through
Partners closely with Partner Marketing leadership and internal / external stakeholders to facilitate the development and execution of marketing campaigns for licensed partner products through regular interaction with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and executional leads
Provides recommendations on how to optimize the use of SI marketing resources to deliver on SI business goals
Works closely with partners to document and communicate their marketing strategy—including overall marketing priorities, key product messaging, and target audiences—and help optimize their plans
Evaluates effectiveness of marketing investments in driving incremental demand, and adjusts plans accordingly to continuously improve ROI
Acts as point of contact between external partners, Nintendo internal departments, and NOA SI for all partner marketing-related matters
Supports licensed partners in all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, including identifying integration opportunities
Analyzes and understands market, consumer, retailer and industry trends
Drive the management, approval, and execution of partner product integration into Nintendo marketing programs including experiential tactics, PR programs, advertising, retail marketing, live services, CRM, etc., in partnership with leadership
Works closely with external partners to document and communicate marketing strategy, including overall marketing priorities, key product messaging, and targeted audiences
Drives collaboration with external partners and internal teams to ensure effective execution across all operations, logistics, legal, staffing, product training, digital, aspects of the program
Delivers ongoing communication to key external and internal stakeholders on marketing activity including development and distribution of status reports, recaps, analysis and other materials
Performs post-program reporting, ROI and PDCA activities
Reviews marketing materials for accuracy and consistency with established key messaging and strategy
Acts as the secondary marketing representative of SI with internal NOA stakeholders
Helps the manager to update and track partner marketing budget and spend
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Four+ years of marketing or related experience in the entertainment industry or other consumer products
Prior experience leading projects or initiatives
Thorough understanding and experience with most aspects of marketing and communications
Familiarity with licensing structure or previous relations with licensees preferred
Experience working with digital content developers preferred
Familiarity of Nintendo franchise characters and IP
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $77,500 - $124,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
