As a Partner Sales Manager at Lark, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the APAC market. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and qualifying potential partners, collaborating with them to develop business plans, and supporting their sales efforts. You will be a key contributor to Lark's success in building a strong partner ecosystem and expanding its reach within the region. You will work closely with the partner enablement manager to monitor the progress of partners' sales and pitching capabilities, and determine if any actions or interventions are needed. You will actively support partners in their sales effort, providing coaching, guidance and regular deal and pipeline review, ensuring partners achieve their objectives.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills
  • Results-driven achiever with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu/Tagalog
  • Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders

As a Partner Sales Manager under our Sales team in Lark APAC, you will help to acquire and enable new partners, construct business plans, ensure partner success and foster mutually beneficial relationships in alignment with Lark APAC's business strategy. Job Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for sourcing, outreaching, and qualifying potential partners in target markets, ensuring a robust pipeline of partners. - You will collaborate with acquired partners to construct business plans that align with Lark's overall business strategy and objectives, while ensuring that partner plans contribute to mutual growth and success. - You will need to closely collaborate with your partners to develop and enhance their strategy in alignment with Lark's GTM approach. Ensuring they focus on the appropriate target audience and employ the correct methodology. - You will be involved in enablement and monitoring the partners' sales: You will work closely with the partner enablement manager to monitor the progress of partners' sales and pitching capabilities, and determine if any actions or interventions are needed. - You will actively support partners in their sales effort, providing coaching, guidance and regular deal and pipeline review, ensuring partners achieve their objectives. You will strive to grow partners' pipelines by actively monitoring pipeline performance and identifying areas of improvement - You will act as a main point of contact for partner-related operational matters; supporting partner operations by addressing partner inquiries, providing necessary information, and ensuring smooth collaboration. - You will act as the primary interface between Lark and Partners' marketing teams, fostering collaboration and alignment of marketing strategies. Work jointly on marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility and success of both parties.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - You fully understand how partners operate in a SaaS model. Your track record includes proven experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology industry. - You are a strategic thinker. You possess the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth. - You are a results-driven achiever. You exhibit a results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - You have a customer-focused mindset. You demonstrate strong commitment to customer satisfaction and partner success, with a focus on delivering value and driving long-term relationships. You have the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels. - You thrive in a startup environment. You excel in the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - You are a confident communicator. You excel in verbal and written communication, delivering impactful presentations in both English and Bahasa Melayu/Tagalog. Mandarin language abilities a plus. Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points: - Ideally, you come with some proven experience in successfully sourcing, reaching out to, and acquiring strategic partners in the APAC region. - You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
