Job Description
As a Partner Executive, Channel Partnerships, you will manage a portfolio of partner accounts, generating revenue through go-to-market strategies, relationship building, and sales opportunity creation. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive business objectives, with performance measured on partnership success and financial outcomes. Responsibilities include leading partnership initiatives, driving sales efforts, building relationships, co-developing strategies, analyzing performance, and representing Sword at industry events.
Must have:
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships or sales strategy.
- Experience with healthcare partners and digital health ecosystem.
- Knowledge of healthcare referral networks and care pathways.
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have:
- Prior experience selling digital health to healthcare providers.
- Understanding the healthcare reimbursement models.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations.

Role
As a Partner Executive, Channel Partnerships, you are in a highly visible role where you will manage a portfolio of partner accounts. For each of your partners, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the partnership by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating and maintaining key relationships, and driving new sales opportunities by engaging with each partner's sales organization. This position will include travel as necessary to manage the business.
Team
You will be part of the Channel Partnership team within the commercial organization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the business objectives. Performance is measured on the success of the partnership with emphasis on both strategic relationship development and quantifiable financial outcomes. You’ll work collaboratively with Sword’s partner success managers, implementation managers and account executives to ensure the success of channel partnerships.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management of your portfolio of partners, which may include sourcing new partners, negotiating and executing contracts.
- Drive Strategic Enablement and Sales Initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership and define processes for securing new clients through the partnerships
- Build relationships with key leaders across sales, marketing, and account management to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Co-develop strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, and other efforts.
- Analyze and review performance of existing partners, including financial analysis and contribute to ABR/QBR sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Represent Sword at industry conferences, partner conferences, and sales kick-offs meetings, advocating for the brand and strengthening relationships.
What you need to have:
- Experience and Background:
- 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, business development, or sales strategy
- Experience working with healthcare partners such as specialty providers, digital health companies, telemedicine platforms and/or medical practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital health ecosystem and ability to identify strategic partnerships opportunities with non-traditional healthcare entities.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of healthcare referral networks, care pathways and integration of digital solutions with traditional care delivery models
- Understanding of complex healthcare stakeholder environments and experience building consensus among clinical and business decision makers
- Strategic and Execution Skills:
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies specific to healthcare partners that drive mutual value and revenue growth.
- A proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally and forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with diverse blend personalities while maintaining strong relationships

$129,299 - $193,299 a year
Base: $101,500 - $159,500
Commission: $10,500 - $16,500
Net equity value per year: $17,299
