We are looking for an experienced and strategic Partnerships and Customer Success Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in fostering and managing relationships with our key partners and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. As the Partnerships and Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our partnerships and drive customer success, contributing to the overall growth and success of our automotive software solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that our partners and customers receive exceptional value from our products and services. Your role will involve identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, managing existing relationships, and ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our software solutions.

In addition to driving business development and customer success initiatives, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing feedback from partners and customers to inform product improvements and strategic decisions. Your ability to navigate the complexities of the automotive industry and leverage your expertise in software development will be crucial in building strong, long-lasting relationships and driving the success of our products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for partnership development and customer success.

Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with partner and customer needs.

Conduct regular reviews with partners and customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Drive the creation and implementation of customer success programs to enhance user experience.

Monitor and report on the performance of partnership and customer success initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.

Business Development: Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Strategy Development: Expertise in formulating and implementing effective business strategies that align with company goals and market demands.

Partnership Management: Extensive experience in managing and nurturing partnerships to ensure mutual success and growth.

Customer Success: Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving desired outcomes.

Automotive Experience: In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

Marketing: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.

Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
