Tesla Motors seeks an experienced Parts Advisor for its Chatswood location. This role involves significant customer interaction, requiring strong customer service and basic technical support skills. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person), managing parts inventory (receiving, picking, shipping, transacting), accurately recording data in the Dealer Management System (DMS), handling transactions, escalating issues, maintaining records, communicating delivery times, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining a clean workspace. The position also requires managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers. Automotive experience and knowledge of parts, tools, and vehicle maintenance are essential.
