Job Description

Tesla seeks a Parts Advisor in Hengelo, Netherlands, to support their service centers. Responsibilities include organizing and preparing parts in the warehouse, ensuring quality control, collaborating with teams and suppliers to maintain timely part delivery, and communicating effectively with service teams to provide optimal customer support. Warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills (English), a valid driver's license (B), and the legal right to work in the Netherlands. This role is key to ensuring Tesla vehicles remain operational and customers receive high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

Organize Parts: Keep the warehouse running smoothly by finding, moving, and preparing parts for our service centers.
Check Quality: Ensure all parts are accurate and in good condition before they go out.
Work Together: Collaborate with other teams and suppliers to make sure parts arrive on time.
Keep in Touch: Maintain clear communication with service teams to provide the best support for our customers.

What You’ll Bring

Warehouse Experience: You have some experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally in the car industry, but not a must.
Eager to Learn: You’re interested in learning new skills and growing in your role.
Good Communicator: You can speak and write clearly in English.
Team Player: You enjoy working with others, are flexible to take on different tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
Valid Driver’s License: You need to have a valid driver’s license (B).
Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
