What You Will Do:
- Process cash payments for overseas company independently, prepare petty cash journal and cash reconciliations timely.
- Process wire transfer payments for overseas company independently per the company payments policy, booking bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliation timely.
- Review employee’s reimbursement application per the company Employee Reimbursement Policy and process the payment for the approved reimbursement applications which compliance with the policy.
- Renew the Employee Reimbursement Policy periodically if needed.
- Improve efficiency and convenience of the reimbursement application system to enhance the satisfaction of employees if needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from an accredited university.
- 2+years working experience in Cashier and Reimbursement function or SSC setup.
- Strong understanding in payments related process, good communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including but not limited to WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Familiar with the SAFE regulations for different countries.
- Familiar with different payment method, including but not limited to HTH, ACH, MEPS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
