This includes recording and maintaining master and movement data, as well as managing personnel files. The person will also be the central point of contact for all social security, tax, and personnel-related inquiries and will correspond with authorities, insurance companies, and social security providers. Furthermore, they will support operational reporting, assist with payroll and audits, and potentially draft employment contracts and references in collaboration with HR.
