The role involves independently handling all personnel administrative processes related to payroll accounting, from entry to exit. This includes recording and maintaining master and movement data, as well as managing personnel files. The person will also be the central point of contact for all social security, tax, and personnel-related inquiries and will correspond with authorities, insurance companies, and social security providers. Furthermore, they will support operational reporting, assist with payroll and audits, and potentially draft employment contracts and references in collaboration with HR. The ideal candidate should be structured, careful, and process- and goal-oriented, showing strong teamwork and communication skills.
Good To Have:- Knowledge in Sesam payroll accounting, SFIRM desirable
Must Have:- Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist
- Basic knowledge in the payroll and personnel area
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law
- Fundamental technical understanding and a strong awareness of data protection
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Addison Lohn and Gehalt
