Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting;
- Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy;
- Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;
- Provide payroll reporting &amp; analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
- Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA;
- Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;
- Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.</div><div class="block-title">Qualifications</div><div class="block-content">Minimum Qualifications:
- Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of Payroll and tax knowledge in India;
- Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills;
- Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities;
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years experience with inhouse payroll operation experience;
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Vendor management and project management skills;
- Experience in Payroll system implementation;
