PDD's data algorithm and logical insight are areas where we need to learn and study more in current operations. In the PDD T2T meeting, PDD also suggested that we equip ourselves with talent reserves with big data operation thinking and ability. In the future, we will jointly build category big data with the platform, finding more suitable N-1 products for PDD users.
职责规划如下:
1. 能够形成全面、准确、深入的业务理解,构建反映业务发展现状及路径的经营决策数据体系,并通过常态化指标监控,及时识别数据异动,定位业务问题,并输出有效建议;
2. 通过数据分析洞察客户产品使用行为习惯,建立客户全生命周期管理体系(感知-激活-留存-挽留);
3. 通过实验设计对运营过程中的各关键要素进行A/B-Test,以寻求良好的运营方案;
4. 有数据产品化的意识,通过报表、模型、自动化等方式输出数据能力,帮助店铺提升整体运营效能,打造爆款路径。
岗位要求:
1. 3年及以上数据分析经验,熟悉电商平台数据逻辑,有TP数据推广实操经验&3C品类数据操盘经验优先。
2. 拥有独立完成分析报告能力,能理解业界常用的各类数据分析模型及算法,有拼多多渠道经验优先;
3. 思维清晰,逻辑性强,有强烈的好奇心,勇于创新和面对挑战,对工作充满激情,并有良好的沟通能力、自学能力和团队协作精神。
