[Pearl Abyss Europe] Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for both active and pre-production games.
• Provide detailed marketing forecasts and management presentations
• Identify value propositions and key messages increase player retention
• Write creative briefs for internal and external parties to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Create internal User Acquisition Marketing strategies, including planning, efficiency analyses and execution phases.
• Ensure goals and incentives are aligned across a variety of teams and platforms
• Make recommendations on funnel optimization, flow development, efficiency improvements and overall budgeting and targeting.
• Provide bridging support with the local Marketing team and HQ to synergize business and marketing interests across regions.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in (GaaS) videogames marketing with a shown background of success and results
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
• Solid understanding of marketing best practices.
• Experience working with live operations products across a variety of platforms (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, iOS, and Android).
• Deep understanding of free-to-play acquisition, retention, and monetization key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Working with consumer insights, positioning, go to market plans and overseeing execution.
• Experience in - and desire to- performing day-to-day execution and optimization activities.
• Strong influencing skills; effective cross-functional driver.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Able to relocate to the Netherlands

Work Information

• Contract type: minimum one year contract (1-month probationary period) with the possibility of extension depending on performance.
