Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Pega Intelligent Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using the Pega platform to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Pega's Intelligent Automation capabilities.Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Pega BPM Business Process Management platforms.Configure and customize Pega applications to meet business needs, including building workflows, System integrations, and UI/UX.Data Modelling, Case management and Application Development and Smart Investigate. Deployments, Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.Stay current with Pega platform updates and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and technologies to improve automation capabilities.QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience working with Pega platform, and Pega BPM.Strong understanding of business process automation concepts and methodologies.Experience with software development lifecycle SDLC methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.Pega certifications preferred.
