Penetration Tester (m/f)

Place of work: Bratislava, Slovakia (In case of relocation to Slovakia, we can negotiate compensation to assist with the transition.)

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester with a minimum of 3 years of experience in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in various systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for cybersecurity, helping us protect our clients from potential threats. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough penetration tests on web applications, networks, and systems.

• Identify security vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.

• Develop and execute test plans, including social engineering assessments and red team exercises.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security best practices are followed.

• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, risks, and remediation strategies.

• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in security awareness training and workshops for internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in penetration testing or related cybersecurity roles.

• Strong knowledge of security testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Familiarity with OWASP Top Ten and other security frameworks.

• Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and cloud security practices.

• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and security implications for cloud applications.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Wage (gross): From 2500 EUR/month, the final salary depends on the candidate's experience

This position is also suitable for experienced managers, and we are open to discussing a salary starting from 3800 EUR gross per month in this case.
