We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven People & Culture Analyst to support a suite of high-impact transformation initiatives in a dynamic media environment. You'll play a critical role in analysing workforce data, preparing and documenting organisational design work, and enabling effective decision-making through robust insights and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical and organisational skills, and is excited by the opportunity to shape the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Organisation Design & Documentation: Document organisational models and workforce change frameworks (e.g., org structure designs, workforce planning tools).
Data Management & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse key people data to support workforce change and people impact tracking. Support People Business Partners in automating processes that facilitate workforce change with integrity and efficiency.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support KPI tracking and cultural adoption metrics.
Workshop & Meeting Support: Coordinate and schedule transformation workshops, create agendas, organise relevant materials, and capture key decisions and action items through detailed notes.
Insight Generation: Provide actionable, data-driven insights to the Head of People Transformation to influence strategic planning and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
Experience working in HR, transformation, workforce planning, or a related analytical role.
High attention to detail and confidence working with complex data sets and documentation.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, particularly in workshop or project environments.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally HRIS or workforce analytics platforms.
