Job Description

Yodo1 is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to work closely with the Head of People. This role involves contributing to a high-performance, work-from-anywhere culture and supporting employee growth and engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with HR programs, preparing the team for the future with AI, managing communications around people and culture initiatives, running internal events focused on learning and connection, onboarding new hires, and supporting the HR team in areas like candidate evaluation. The ideal candidate will be energetic, curious, and possess a growth mindset, with a passion for helping people thrive.

Yodo1 is looking for a People & Culture Coordinate to work directly with our Head of People, and build together! You’ll start by learning how we’ve developed a high-performing work-from-anywhere culture, you’ll roll up your sleeves, and you’ll be given opportunities to help shape our continuous learning environment and keep our people thriving.

You will:

  • Help brainstorm and execute HR programs that drive empowerment, learning, collaboration, and growth.
  • Work closely with the Head of People in preparing our people for their future with AI.
  • Take on written, recorded, and live communications around people and culture-focused activities and incentive programs
  • Run various live internal events focused on shared learning, building connections and trust, and stimulating debate.
  • Play an active role in onboarding new hires.
  • Assist the HR team in other areas that may need support, such as interview ing candidates to evaluate culture add.
