Job Description

The People Services Specialist will provide HR administration services, including preparing HR documents and reports, updating the HR system (Workday), and ensuring data accuracy for payroll and benefits across all HR processes and business units. They will handle and respond to HR queries, update employee files, collaborate with managers, HR BPs, and vendors, ensure service levels and customer satisfaction, support continuous improvement activities, and implement new policies. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR
  • Experience with HR processes and practices
  • Fluency in Polish and English
Good to have:
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
  • Attentive listening skills and high attention to detail

People Services Specialist

  • Provide HR Administration service including HR documents and HR reports preparation as well as updating HR system (Workday) across all HR processes and business units in a service center environment to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits
  • Handle and reply to HR queries via Service Now system.
  • Be responsible for updating employee’s file in archive
  • Cooperate with managers, HR BP’s and vendors for any HR related matters
  • Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are achieved
  • Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
  • Implement new policies and ensure that Work Instructions are up to date

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a combination of education and/or work experience
  • Experience with Human Resources Process and Practices
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
     

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in working with Human Resource systems (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have attentive listening skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to problem solving and analyze data
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
