Performance Marketer

We're looking for a person to be the next Performance Marketer. Someone who has a real passion for games and the way those games get brought to market. Someone who wants to gather insights, make plans, and execute on those plans, not only because it’s a job but because it makes you thrive.

What You Will Do

As a Performance Marketer at Raw Fury, you will:

• Run paid marketing campaigns for our active game catalogue across various platforms, including Google, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, regional social media and more.

• Actively monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure the right people see our ads.

• Collaborate with Raw Fury's brand managers to set marketing goals and maximize developer support.

• Grow both Raw Fury and our game's social channels through informed ad buying.

• Stay updated on buying trends and strategies.

• Share weekly insights on successes and challenges to adapt to the current market.

Qualifications

We Are Looking For

• You’ve done this for a while. We expect you to have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and still feel excited about the possibilities and added value that comes from well planned paid campaigns.

• You’re a self-starter. When nobody has given you a task, you look for one!

• You love living in the cross section of data science and creativity. The best ideas come from somewhere in between, so you'll be part of a team that finds the best of both worlds.

• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and task management tools like Trello or Asana.

• Familiarity with creative tools, such as Adobe PS or similar.
