We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, playing a key role in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, tracking conversion metrics, and optimizing for the lowest cost-per-sign-up (CPSU). Your role requires strong data analysis skills, a deep understanding of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, and a passion for generating leads and driving conversions to help grow Streamline’s reach and impact in the industry.

Description 

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads. The goal of this role is to drive conversions while keeping cost-per-sign-up (CPSU) as low as possible. You will track and analyze key performance data to adjust tactics in real-time and ensure optimal campaign performance. Your ability to work with data analytics tools and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions will play a critical role in meeting marketing objectives.


Performance Metrics

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be measured by the following performance metrics:

  • Campaign Setup & Management
    • Paid advertising campaigns are set up correctly and launched according to the planned schedule
  • Cost-Per-Sign-Up (CPSU)
    • Optimization Optimizing campaigns to achieve the lowest possible CPSU for lead generation
  • Conversion Rate Improvement
    • Percentage increase in conversion rates from paid media campaigns (e.g., form fills, sign-ups)
  • Real-Time Campaign Adjustments
    • Ability to make data-driven adjustments to campaigns based on real-time performance metrics
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Accurate tracking and reporting of conversion data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and UTM tracking
  • Budget Adherence
    • Ensuring campaigns stay within the assigned budget for each quarter
