Job Description
Limit Break seeks a detail-oriented, innovative Personal Assistant & Office Manager for the President's office in Tokyo. Responsibilities include anticipating the President's needs, managing calendars and communications, handling confidential information, coordinating logistics (travel, expenses), facilitating daily tasks (errands, ordering), and assisting with professional and personal life coordination. The role also involves greeting visitors, managing correspondence, office supplies, and ad-hoc requests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and time-management skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working with both remote and onsite executives. Experience directly supporting C-suite executives is essential.

About the role:
Limit Break is looking for a Personal Assistant for the office of the President, a person who is detail-oriented, innovative, and organizational professional. The Personal Assistant will report directly to the Co-Founder and President. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding support with a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
You will have the opportunity to:
● Anticipate and prioritize the needs of the President
● Self-motivated and can execute and prioritize with little direction while exercising sound judgement when making time sensitive decisions
● Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity
● Coordinate logistics, including expense reports and travel as needed
● Facilitate day to day task ie. errands, ordering, etc..
● Managing calendars, emails, as well as coordinating aspects of the President’s professional and personal life with efficiency
● You may be asked to help coordinate lunches and dinners with our senior team, key customers and partners, and other constituents
● Collecting and driving a list of key decisions and priorities that may be needed to be escalated each day
● Willingness to travel and work after-hours on occasion
● Greet Visitors, handle correspondence, mail etc,
● Facilities Management, order and maintain office supplies.
● Various ad hoc requests
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5+ years professional experience in a similar role, direct support for executives and preferably directly to members of the C-Suite
● Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
● Excellent time-management skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
● Ability to work in a virtual team environment; experience supporting remote executives and teams is a plus
● Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to best represent yourself, our executives and Limit Break
● Enthusiasm for problem-solving and optimization, specifically in regard to calendars, time management, and prioritization
● Passion for excellent service, learning new skills/concepts, communicating across divisions, and project management
● Resourcefulness and intuition to make decisions with minimal guidance
● Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with Slack strongly preferred
